Policies

     As a Holmes County Library Patron, you have applied for the right to use the Library and abide by its rules and have agreed to pay fines or damages charged to you and to give prompt notice of any changes of address.

     GENERAL CIRCULATION GUIDELINES

  • You may check out up to 5 items per card. We do however limit the items to 2 Videos and 2 Audios.
  • You may check out Periodicals except for current issues.

  • Best Sellers & Audios....................3 Weeks
  • General Collection..........................3 Weeks

     Interlibrary Loans: (Loans from other libraries) We can special order titles for you as long as they are not new items. Late return of ILL items may result in cancellation of privileges and result in a 25 cents per day fine.

There is a $3.00 replacement fee on all lost or misplaced library cards.
